Period of tender

All quotations are valid for 30 days. Longer validity must be agreed in writing.

Prices

Prices quoted are those ruling at date of tender. Changes to prices must be agreed in writing.

Terms

All prices are calculated for payment strictly NETT MONTHLY ACCOUNT.

VAT

Applicable VAT will be added at the current rate.

Despatch

SBF shall at all times endeavour to deliver goods on time to an agreed date. If during the contract, disruption is caused beyond our control we will notify client of intended actions.

Title

All materials remain the propery of SBF until paid for in full.

Defects and errors

Any defects and errors must be reported within 10 days of receipt. We will come to a mutual agreement in writing for corrective action.
